Antonia Lofaso's food offers a chance to discover the possibilities within her. In 2011 Lofaso worked together with Sal Aurora and Mario Guddemi to debut Black Market Liquor Bar in Studio City. The Lofaso is now settling in Black Market, and through the partnerships that she created. Her creative independence could be enhanced with this partnership. Black Market's goal is not to be restricted by any means. The first course could be potatoes chips, peppers and dill, followed by Korean wings and meatballs. Antonia is the center in this array. In 2012 Lofaso joined with Penguin for the release of"The Busy Mother's Cookbook 100 Recipes for Quick Delicious home-cooked Meals The book also tells the story of her struggles during her time at the prestigious French Culinary Institute, and at the same time raising her daughter Xea. Lofaso believes that the motivation that drives her success is rooted in the kitchen, and it's through this vein that she keeps her to keep her finger on the pulse.
